What do I need to bring to my first appointment?


On your first visit you need to bring with you your driver's license, insurance card, medical history & a form of payment. We accept most major credit cards




Do you have emergency services?


During Office Hours: Emergency patients will always be seen to take care of the immediate issue If you have an emergency you will always be seen to take care of the immediate need. Outside of Office Hours: You will always be able to reach Dr. Jackson outside of office hours by dialing our office number and pressing 2 after the beep, then 2 again. Have an emergency? Does your office see children?


Yes, we see children from 2 years old and up!




Do you take my insurance? What if I don't have insurance? What type of payments do you accept?


Insurances Accepted: Most PPO's Indemnity If you don't have insurance or don't have an eligible insurance, you may speak to our receptionist about exploring PPO insurance options. Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?


Yes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any remaining patient forms.




How long will my first appointment last?


This depends on the patient and the work getting done but can range anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.




What method do you use for nervous patients?


For any procedures that may cause discomfort we use anesthetic. Rest assured our experienced staff will be there every step of the way and help you feel relaxed. Mental and physical comfort for our patients are one of our main priorities.
